In this parking system, driver parks the car at the entry bay. Robotic trolley lifts the car by its tire and transfers the car to the central Robotic unit. Central robotic unit moves horizontally and vertically at the same time. This simultaneous horizontal and vertical movement helps the car to reach the available parking space in shortest path (Diagonally). This saves the time and energy. The power consumption is only 0.3 unit power for parking + retrieving a car. The parking bays are fixed platforms. So there are no moving parts in the parking spaces. All the moving parts are limited to the central robotic unit. This means, a (pallet- less) robotic parking system with a capacity of 100 cars can be managed by 5 motors of the robotic unit. We can use multiples of this hundred car modules to make huge parking towers up to 1500 parking space. This model is highly reliable, as the moving parts and number of motors are very less compared to the huge space capacity of the parking system. 1. Easy Parking Systems
In Easy parking system one block of parking structure is present on both sides of the central robotic unit. Driver park his car in entry bay with the help of Electronic parking guides. The central robotic unit takes the car from entry bay and parks it in the nearest free slot. When needed the central robotic unit takes the required car to Exit Bay. Easy parking system is one of the cost effective parking solution for small scale projects. These systems have less than 2 minutes retrieval time.
2. High Density Parking System
In high density parking system two blocks of parking structure are present on both sides of the central robotic unit. The central robotic unit takes the car from entry bay and parks in the nearest outer free slots. After filling the outer slots, cars are parked in the inner slots. To retrieve a car from outer slot, the car in front (if present) is shifted to another free location. The high density parking system is designed as a optimum solution between land utilization and parking time. It can be used for large scale parking purpose. This system have less than 3 minutes retrieval time.
3. Ultra Density Parking System
In Ultra Density System three blocks of parking structure are present on both sides of the central robotic unit. The central robotic unit takes the car from entry bay and parks in the nearest outer free slots. After filling the outer slots, cars are parked in the inner slots. To retrieve a car from outer slot, two cars in front (if present) is shifted to another free locations. Ultra Density System is designed on the view to obtain maximum space utilization. It can be utilized for large scale parking purpose. This is one of the highly advanced parking system in the world
4. Tower Parking System
In tower parking system the central robotic unit only move in vertical direction. and parks the car on both sides. The greatest advantage of the system is that, it can be constructed as attached to an existing building. He-Man Tower Parking is highly compact system with only three meter width. Moreover the cladding can be done in harmony with the existing building, so that the parking tower looks exactly as a part of existing building. This system can go up to 15 floor height.
5. Office Parking System
The office parking system is designed to handle cars at peak hours, which is normally required for office parking. A typical car parking system a capacity of 200 car space, can park/ deliver 180 cars in an hour. There will be a robotic central unit for almost every 50 car slots. Also there will be multiple entry and exit bays to make robotic central units all work in parallel. Employee ID smart card can be configured to use in office park. With this particular number of slots can be allotted to a company.
6. Under Ground Parking System
Unlike other conventional ramp parking system, He-Man under ground parking system does not require ramps. Only the entry and exit lift rooms comes In the ground floor and no human lifts or lighting is required for the ground. No ventilation is needed underground as the cars are not running during the parking process. No CCTV coverage needed underground since there is no human access to the parking slots. The design of the car parking system can be adjusted according to the position of building columns.
